At Woof Watchers, our policies are designed to keep tails wagging and care running smoothly. A quick read through helps ensure we are all on the same page so your pet gets the safest, happiest experience possible!

Injury & Illness

If your pet becomes ill or injured in our care, we will contact you right away. In emergency situations, we will call all numbers listed on your account and leave voicemails if we are unable to speak with you directly. Once we have shared all known details, the care plan of your pet will be determined by the legal owner of the pet or whoever has been given authorization in their absence.

Liability Release

Read our summarized liability release below. Each client will be required to sign a copy of this release virtually when creating their account online. Our liability release also includes the injury/illness policy.

You're the Boss

By booking with us, you confirm you're your pet's legal paw-rent and accept all risks during their stay.
